In response to the increasing interest of library managers in making evidence-based plans and decisions, Ithaka S+R now offers a set of tools designed to help libraries better understand and serve the needs of faculty members and students. Based on the long-running US Faculty Survey, we are now making available a Local Faculty Survey and a Local Student Survey, the latter of which covers undergraduate and graduate students alike. We believe that the local surveys can help you gain better insight into the perceptions of your faculty members and students as you make strategic decisions for your institution.

We invite you to join us at ALA Midwinter on Saturday, January 25, from 3:00-4:00 pm, to learn more about these tools and how you might wish to incorporate them into your library’s assessment and planning work. In addition to an overview of these tools, there will be an opportunity to meet with librarians whose institutions have run the survey already to learn about their experience.

Please register to attend at Ithaka Local Surveys .
