Roger Schonfeld at ER&L Conference
Roger Schonfeld is on the “Researching Researchers: Developing Evidence-Based Strategy for Improved Discovery and Access” panel at the 11th Annual Electronic Resources & Libraries Conference in Austin, Texas.
Leading libraries, publishers, and vendors regularly study the practices and needs of academics and students, in order to serve them better. In this session, experienced researchers will examine today’s search behaviors, emerging discovery forms, and access challenges, reviewing strategies for improving discovery and access that result from this research.
Schonfeld will be joined by Lettie Conrad, Executive Manager, Product Analysis, SAGE; Deirdre Costello, Senior UX Researcher, EBSCO Information Services; and Lisa Janicke Hinchliffe, Professor, University Library, and Coordinator for Information Literacy Services and Instruction at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
