Tangier Davis
Tangier Davis formerly worked on several projects as an intern on the Research and Evaluation team at Ithaka S+R. She has an interest in examining the structural forces that perpetuate inequity in academia.
Tangier has earned a master’s degree in experimental psychology from California State University, Northridge and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Occidental College. She is currently a PhD candidate in the psychology program at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where her research uses an intersectional lens to examine the barriers that women of color experience throughout their career. She has expertise in a variety of research methods (e.g., survey, qualitative, mixed-methods) and statistical techniques (e.g., structural equation modeling, path analyses). Her educational background and her experience as a college instructor inform her work at Ithaka S+R.
