John Jung is a software engineer at ITHAKA Labs, where he focuses on building reliable, maintainable data pipelines for Transfer Explorer. He has experience working with complex higher education data and has contributed to innovation teams both within and outside of academia. He brings a background in design methods to his data engineering work, with an emphasis on clear, well-structured systems. John holds a BA and MA in fine art from Governors State University and a Master of Design Methods from the Illinois Institute of Technology’s Institute of Design.
