Charlie Xiang is a software engineer at ITHAKA Labs, where she is currently working on Transfer Explorer. Her work on the Transfer Explorer web application includes implementing features, addressing accessibility concerns, and tackling various quality-of-life needs of its userbase. Prior to joining ITHAKA, Charlie worked for KarmaCheck, a tech startup providing streamlined background check processes in the staffing industry. She holds a BA in computer science from New York University. Outside of work, Charlie enjoys reading and snowboarding.
