Marleigh Norton is a Senior Technical Project Manager at ITHAKA, where she leads the development of Transfer Explorer, a national credit mobility platform that helps students understand how courses, credits, and prior learning experiences transfer between colleges and apply toward degree requirements.

Prior to joining ITHAKA, Marleigh held product, design, and user experience leadership roles in educational technology, healthcare technology, and artificial intelligence. Her work has focused on building user-centered products and helping multidisciplinary teams bring complex ideas to life.

Marleigh holds a BS in Computer Science and Film & Media Studies from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MS-HCI in Human-Computer Interaction from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
