In partnership with EDUCAUSE, Ithaka S+R is undertaking a project focused on advising technology implementation that is part of a broader national initiative. If your institution has been successful in deploying, updating, or creating a technology system to support students in the advising process, prior to or during the COVID-19 pandemic, we would like to talk with you. We are specifically looking to speak with stakeholders involved in the implementation process about the role they played, decisions they made, and the successes and challenges they experienced.

Participating colleges and universities may be highlighted as exemplars for implementing advising technology in a case study report, published by Ithaka S+R, focused on the ways in which their stakeholders contributed to the success of the implementation. This report will be read by decision-makers in the advising and technology divisions of higher education institutions looking to utilize advising technology to support student success during these unprecedented times and beyond. For more information about the larger initiative responsible for this project please visit their website.

As this project is taking place during challenging times, the how and when of involvement for individuals and institutions can be flexible. For more information about this project, please see this blog post. If you would like to further discuss how your institution can be a part of this project, please contact Michael Fried at michael.fried@ithaka.org.
