Dr. Brad Bostian is the Director of First Year Experience at Central Piedmont Community College, and founding member and President of TYFY (Two Year First Year).

Brad is a community college educator and researcher. He began his career as an English teacher, and currently conducts research on various issues surrounding student retention and success, especially structural issues pertaining to placement, delivery method, and enrollment. In his spare time, he enjoys writing and presenting at academic conferences.
