Nancy Kopans is vice president, general counsel and secretary of ITHAKA and general counsel and secretary Artstor, and oversees the organization’s legal, compliance, and governance needs. She has served on many copyright and tax-exempt organization committees as well as on boards of directors.

Nancy holds a bachelor of arts in earth sciences from Dartmouth College, a master of arts and master of philosophy in English from Columbia University, and a juris doctor from Georgetown University.
