Renee Ryberg
Renee Ryberg is principal of Postsecondary Value & Public Trust at Ithaka S+R. As a sociologist and demographer, her work focuses on the intersection of higher education and economic mobility—with a focus on students from low-income backgrounds and students caring for children. Prior to joining Ithaka S+R, Renee worked at Child Trends, leading their postsecondary education portfolio. Renee is also on the working board of the Student-Parent Action Through Research Knowledge (SPARK) Collaborative.
Renee holds a bachelor’s degree from Johns Hopkins University in psychology and sociology and a PhD in sociology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
