Yuzhou Bai conducted research with Ithaka S+R’s Libraries, Scholarly Communication, and Museums team during the summer of 2021. His project focused on research cores and their position in the ecosystem of the research enterprise. He is a PhD candidate in East Asian Studies at Princeton University where his dissertation examines the development of meritocratic discourses in early medieval China.
