Art Museum Leaders Confront Persistent Staff Compensation Challenges
Movements for pay equity, including raising minimum wages and increasing pay transparency, have been building momentum in grassroots and policy arenas across the United States. Cooper will present a recent publication, Leading by Diversifying Collections: A Guide for Academic Library Leadership.
