Reflections on the 2023 National Conference on Higher Education in Prisons (NCHEP)
With the restoration of Pell grants for incarcerated students on July 1, the 13th annual National Conference on Higher Education in Prisons (NCHEP), held November 9-11 in Atlanta, marked a turning point in the evolution and growth of the field.
