Thursday June 16th

8:00 am – 9:00 am: Breakfast

9:00 am – 10:30 am: Presentations of some current initiatives nationwide

10:30 am – 11:00 am: Working group overview and charges (entire group)

11:00 am – 3:00 pm: Working groups breakout sessions

Working groups: Research, Application, and Representation

Lunch served from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm. Groups can have working lunches as desired.

3:00 pm-3:30 pm Break

3:30pm-5:00pm: Working group sharebacks

 Groups will develop a small deliverable as summary and documentation of discussions

5:00 pm-6:30 pm: Break

6:30 pm – 7:00 pm: Drinks + Stanford/CARTA demonstration

7:00pm-8:00pm: Dinner

Friday June 17th

8:00 am – 9:00 am: Breakfast

9:00 am-9:30 am: Summary & reflection from prior day’s efforts – Martin Kurzweil, Ithaka S+R

9:30 am – 11:00 am: Critical review of draft white paper (to be distributed in advance of convening) suggesting first principles for governing use of student data

11:00 am -noon: Next steps

noon – 1:00pm: Lunch/depart
