Session: Lessons learned, and here to stay: Pandemic assessment marketing strategies for the “new normal”

During the pandemic, libraries have been challenged more than ever to recruit faculty and students to participate in institutional assessment efforts, and this has highlighted the need to develop robust marketing and communications strategies to engage with library users. Together, the University of Central Arkansas and Ithaka S+R will share a variety of strategies that have been successful at encouraging participation and can be applied at other institutions.
