Christine Wolff-Eisenberg is the manager of surveys and research at Ithaka S+R as part of the Libraries, Scholarly Communication, and Museums program. Christine leads the surveys team in providing insights into student and faculty needs, academic support services, and library leadership through a wide variety of projects, including the US Faculty Survey, Library Director Survey, Local Surveys program, Community College Libraries & Academic Support for Student Success project, and the Community College Academic and Student Services Ecosystem (CCASSE) project. Through these projects, the surveys team collaborates with and provides advisory services for academic libraries, public libraries, scholarly societies, publishers, and content providers to inform evidence-based decision-making.
Christine previously worked as a program coordinator for planning and organizational research for the Rutgers University Libraries, where her work concentrated on assessment and statistical reporting. She holds a bachelor of arts in industrial/organizational psychology from The College of New Jersey and a master’s in human resource management from Rutgers University.
