Jonathan Barefield is a senior analyst on Ithaka S+R’s Educational Transformation team. Prior to joining Ithaka S+R, Jonathan served as the director of Tutoring Services at the University of North Georgia. His research has focused on higher education finance, postsecondary access and success, and students’ post-college outcomes. He holds degrees in psychology, religion, and English and is currently pursuing a PhD in higher education from the University of Georgia.
