Effectively supporting adult learners requires a coordinated approach that connects outreach, re-enrollment, and ongoing support across institutions and partners. This panel and interactive workshop at the 2026 Council for Adult and Experiential Learning (CAEL) Conference presents a practical design framework developed through a six-month, multi-institution planning process in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Attendees will leave with a practical planning template and facilitation tools to build regionally aligned adult learner strategies that increase credential attainment, strengthen workforce pipelines, and advance economic mobility.
