Tracking the perspectives of archives, library, and museum directors
How are the leaders of cultural heritage organizations and collections adapting to change? Through large scale surveys we gather insight on the challenges they face and opportunities they are exploring. Insights from these national surveys help archives, library, and museum leaders plan for the future and benchmark against peer institutions and inform the strategic directions of funders and service providers.

Supporting scholarly communication
Scholarly communication is the process through which research products and outputs are created, assessed, improved, shared, disseminated, and preserved in a variety of modes including through formal and informal publications, conferences, and other academic networking methods. We collaborate with publishers, scholarly societies, and libraries to assess and improve the shared infrastructure—composed of standards, platforms, technologies, and policies—that underpins the scholarly communication ecosystem.
